The Citizen of the Year Award is presented to an individual who has freely and generously contributed to making the 2SLGBTQI+ community a better place to live as an ally. While these contributions may not always receive public recognition, they meaningfully enrich our shared lives—allowing each of us to move through the world with greater freedom, connection, and a deeper sense of companionship among our neighbors and acquaintances.
